AND NOW, this 28th day of May, 2019, the Petition for Allowance of Appeal is GRANTED. The Superior Court's order is VACATED and this matter is REMANDED to the trial court to reconsider Petitioner's motion to dismiss in light of this Court's decision in Commonwealth v. Perfetto, ___ Pa. ___, 207 A.3d 812, 2019, 2019 WL 1866653, (Pa. April 26, 2019).
