Opinion
This is a case in which the defendant seeks to suppress a quantity of crack cocaine seized from his person by Detective David R. Fones of the Carlisle Police Department. Based on the testimony adduced at our recent suppression hearing, we find the facts to be as follows:
Detective Fones received a phone call from a person whose voice he identified as being that of a person who had given him reliable investigative information on prior occasions.
