PER CURIAM.

AND NOW, this 17th day of September, 2003, the Petition for Allowance of Appeal is GRANTED. The order of the Superior Court is REVERSED and the case is REMANDED with directions to the Superior Court to remand the matter to the trial court for a determination on the weight of the evidence and related ineffec[488]*488tiveness claims. See Armbruster v. Horowitz, 572 Pa. 1, 813 A.2d 698 (2002).
