Per Curiam

: The order of the Court of Common Pleas is reversed and the record remitted with directions to appoint counsel for appellant and to hold an evidentiary hearing to afford appellant an opportunity to establish the truth of the allegations contained in his petition. See Commonwealth ex rel. West v. Myers, 428 Pa. 1, 222 A. 2d 918 (1966).

Wright, P. J., would affirm the order below.
