Opinion
All that can be profitably said in relation to the questions [567]*567involved in this appeal will be found in the opinion of the learned judge of the fifth judicial district who specially presided at the hearing. An examination of the record has failed to disclose any substantial error in either of his rulings, and wo are all of the opinion that the decree should be affirmed on his opinion.
Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed with costs to be paid by the appellant.
