Motion to amend remittitur granted. Beturn of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended by striking therefrom that portion thereof which reads “ with costs to the County against plaintiff in all courts ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ without costs.” [See 8 N Y 2d 109.]
