Opinion
Present — Dore, J. P., Cohn, Callahan, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.; Cohn and Shientag, JJ., dissent and vote to reverse and grant the application for an order of filiation on the ground that the letter of the defendant, despite his attempted explanation, is a clear and unmistakable admission that he had sexual relations with the complainant at the times claimed by her and there is no evidence of any such relation with any other man.
