Order of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, adjudging that the defendant is not the father of complainant’s child, reversed on the law and the facts and a new trial ordered in said court upon the ground that the determination is against the weight of the evidence. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Carswell, Scudder and Johnston, JJ., concur.
