Opinion
In a paternity proceeding brought in the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, an order of filiation was entered on March 11, 1941. Thereafter an order was entered denying defendant’s motion for a new trial on the grounds of perjury, allegedly committed on the trial, and newly-discovered evidence. From each of such orders defendant appeals. Orders unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ.
