Order of filiation of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, reversed upon the law and the facts and information dismissed. We are of opinion that the determination is contrary to the evidence. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell and Seudder, JJ., concur; Kapper, J., dissents.
