ON REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT

WRIGHT, Presiding Judge.

Whereas the Supreme Court of Alabama, 409 So.2d 429, on December 11, 1981, reversed, 409 So.2d 426, the judgment of this court entered on May 13, 1981, and remanded the cause to this court for further proceedings, it is therefore ordered that the judgment of the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County is in all respects affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

BRADLEY and HOLMES, JJ., concur.
