PER CURIAM.

Commercial Realty Alliance, Inc. appeals a final judgment in favor of the defendant-appellees on plaintiff-appellant’s claims for real estate commissions. The judgment is affirmed on authority of Warter v. Bancroft Hotel Associates, 285 So.2d 676, 678 (Fla. 3d DCA 1973).

Affirmed.
