Per Curiam.

Duff Truck Line, Inc., having withdrawn its application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity, the cases have become moot and the motions to dismiss are sustained on authority of Miner v. Witt, City Clerk, 82 Ohio St., 237, 92 N. E., 21.

Appeals dismissed.
