PER CURIAM.

The petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel is denied. Insofar as petitioner contends his. appellate counsel was ineffective in failing to advise him of his right to seek further review in the Florida Supreme Court, our denial is [1130]*1130without prejudice to petitioner’s right to file a proper petition in the Florida Supreme Court in accordance with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c).

DENIED.
