Opinion

On February 1, 1980 the court awarded attorneys’ fees to I.S. Weissbrodt, on his behalf and on behalf of all contract attorneys having an interest in the fee, in the amount of $85,000, which represents 10% of the final judgment entered by this court.

On February 29, 1980 the court allowed I.S. Weissbrodt $1,540.13 as reimbursement for expenses incurred in this case.
