Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the order denying temporary injunctive relief to William R. Colon. We do this because it does not appear that Mr. Colon adequately supported his assertion of irreparable injury. Minimatic Components, Inc. v. Westinghouse Electric Corp., 494 So.2d 303 (Fla. 4th DCA 1986). We find no abuse of discretion or legal error.

AFFIRM.

ANSTEAD, DELL and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
