On Motion of Mr. Rutledge Sollicitor for the Complainants, suggesting that the Defendants have not yet answered It is Ordered that the said Com[532]*532plainants have Leave to amend their Bill of Complaint, on or before Monday next in such Parts as they shall think necessary, they at the same time amending the Defendants Copies of the Bill if any shall be taken before that Day.
