On Motion of Mr. Rutledge Sollicitor for the Complainants in this Cause, upon reading the Affidavit, of the Complainant Richard Collis, Ordered that a Writt of ne exeat Provincia do issue against Lachlan McGil-levrey one of the Defendants in this Cause in the usual Manner and that he do find sufficient Bail or Security in the Sum of Four Thousand Pounds Current Mony.
