Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered September 7, 1979 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to compel respondents to conduct a new parole release hearing. Judgment affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Greenblott, J. P., Kane, Staley, Jr., and Herlihy, JJ., concur.
