Opinion

AYRES, Judge.

This is a companion case to that of Collins v. Purkey et al., 134 So.2d 123. In an action for damages against Purkey’s liability insurer, plaintiff’s demands were rejected and he appealed.

Plaintiff here was the companion of plaintiff in the aforesaid case and his cause of action is predicated upon the same state of facts.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case, the judgment appealed is affirmed at plaintiff-appellant’s cost.

Affirmed.
