Opinions

In re: John Marzullo and Colonial Bank applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 296 So.2d 437.

Writ denied. Upon the Court of Appeal’s finding that the shareholders did not in fact vote to limit the number of directors to be elected at the shareholders’ meeting, the result is correct.

SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
