PER CURIAM.

We grant petitioner’s petition for writ of mandamus and direct the trial court to enter and transmit to this court, within ten days, a final appealable order dismissing petitioner’s civil rights suit. Assuming prompt compliance with this court’s directions, we withhold issuance of the writ.
