In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the appeal is from an order conditionally granting respondents’ motion to vacate an inquest and the judgment entered thereon. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Murphy, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
