Opinion
Appellant, Walter Coffer, was convicted at the June, 1910, term of the district court of Mayes county, and sentenced to the penitentiary for a period of five years. He has filed a motion in this court to dismiss his appeal. The motion is sustained, and his appeal dismissed. The appeal is continued as to Buck Nelson.
