Opinion

John T. Casey, J.

On June 26, 1969, one of the respondents, the Board of Education of Union Free 'School District No. 7, held a special district meeting at which the board resubmitted to the voters a proposed district budget, which had been defeated at two prior meetings. The budget passed by 693 votes: 5,810 votes for the budget and 5,117 votes against the budget.
