Opinion

TYSON, Judge.

On September 16, 1983, the Supreme Court of Alabama reversed and remanded this cause for a new trial because it determined that the trial court improperly admitted evidence of a “prior rape alleged to have occurred 10 years before the present offense.” As directed in Cofer, 440 So.2d 1121, this cause is herewith reversed and remanded for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED FOR NEW TRIAL.

All the Judges concur.
