ORDER Appellant’s brief was due on September 8, 2016. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a). On September 16, 2016, after no brief or motion for extension of time to file the brief had been filed, we ordered Appellant to file the brief or a motion to dismiss not later than September 26, 2016. On September 22, 2016, Appellant filed a first motion for a thirty-day extension of time to file the brief. Our September 16, 2016 order is satisfied; Appellant’s motion is GRANTED. Appellant’s brief is due on October 10, 2016.
