Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The application is granted. The rulings of the trial court and the court of appeal are reversed. See Theriot v. Midland Risk Ins. Co., 95-2895 (La.5/20/97), 694 So.2d 184. Furthermore, respondent concedes that the judgment exceeds the limits of the Allstate policy.
