FRUGÉ, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Daigre v. Havens, 287 So.2d 539 (La.App.3rd Cir., 1973), in which a separate judgment is rendered by us this date, the judgment appealed herein is affirmed. All costs are assessed against the appellants.

Affirmed.
