Opinion
Judgment reversed and new trial ordered before another referee, costs to abide the event, unless the plaintiffs stipulate that the judgment may be reduced m the sum of fifty dollars, with the interest thereon from the 23d day of May, 1877, to the date of the entry of judgment; if stipulation is given, the judgment for the amount so reduced affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party.
