There is only a single question r Whether Thomas L. Slade, plaintiff’s testator, took an absolute or onl;> a life estate. His Honor was o-f the opinon that he took only a life estate, and we are of the same opinion. Such is tin-language and such seem-s to be the intention-of the will.

There is no error. Let this be certified.
