Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to the State’s correct acknowledgment of the fact that the trial court was in error in adjudicating the defendant guilty when it orally announced that it was withholding adjudication, this case is remanded to the trial court so as to allow the trial judge to correct the written order to conform to the oral pronouncement made in open court. In all other respects, this case is affirmed.

Affirmed in part, reversed in part and remanded with instructions.
