SAMFORD, J.

Action on the common counts. From a judgment for defendant, plaintiffs appeal. The identical questions involved on this appeal were litigated before and decided by the Supreme Court in Cloud et al. v. Dean et al., 212 Ala. 305, 102 So. 437. On the authority "of that case, the judgment in this case is reversed, and the cause is remanded. Reversed and remanded.
