Opinion

Judgment and orders reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, for error of the court in refusing to charge the defendant’s request that if defendant furnished a proper and sufficient cover for the hole and it was taken and left off the hole by the neglect of the coemployees of the plaintiff, the defendant was entitled to a verdict. Woodward, Jenks, Hooker, Gaynor and Rich, JJ., concurred.
