Opinion
Upon Motion of Mr. Carrington of Counsel with the Defendants it was alledged That The Complainant on the Tenth of April last past had procured the Defendant’s Plea to be set down for arguing, but hath since neglected to appear thereunto; Whereupon it is this day Ordered by this Court That The Complainant pay unto the Defendants Costs, for his non-appearance to prosecute the Suit; to be Taxed by the Master of this Court.
