M E M O R A N D U M O P I N I O N
This is an appeal from a judgment signed May 31, 2002. On December 5, 2002, this Court referred the case to mediation. On May 27, 2003, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal because the case settled in mediation and the parties have concluded the terms and conditions of the mediated settlement agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. The motion is granted.
Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
