Clemons v. Aunt Fannie's Kitchen

588 So. 2d 699, 1991 Fla. App. LEXIS 11763, 1991 WL 248696
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided November 20, 1991·No. No. 91-2393·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Wilma Powell Clemons filed a petition for writ of certiorari seeking to quash an order in which the judge of compensation claims (JCC) granted the employer/carrier’s motion to compel cooperation with rehabilitation. We find this case indistinguishable from Strawter v. Atlas Fence, Inc. Claims Center, 578 So.2d 455 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991) and, therefore, grant the petition and quash the decision of the JCC.

ERVIN, WIGGINTON and WOLF, JJ., concur.
