Requisition of silk. On a stipulation filed by the parties and on a report of a commissioner of the court recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered in the sum of $778.68, following the opinion in Stahel et al. v. United States, 111 C. Cls. 682.
