MILLER, Judge.

For trial and appeal purposes, this case was consolidated with Clark v. Central Louisiana Electric Co., Inc., 284 So.2d 621 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1973) handed down this date. In this case Clark was awarded damages for losses excluded from coverage under his insurance policy. There are no new issues presented in this appeal. For the reasons assigned in Clark v. Central Louisiana Electric Co., Inc., supra, the trial court judgment is affirmed at appellant’s costs.

Affirmed.
