Order granting defendant’s motion for a reargument, and on reargument adhering to the original decision denying defesndant’s motion for summary judgment, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
