Claim of Wolmetz v. Woll, 272 A.D.2d 982 (N.Y. Ct. App. 1947).

Opinion

Appeal by employer and insurance carrier from an award of compensation made to the widow of a deceased employee. The Board found that decedent was engaged in the course of his employment and that he suffered an accidental injury in the nature of a heart attack that resulted in his death. There is evidence to sustain these findings. Award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen’s Compensation Board. All concur. [See post, p. 1081.]
