Opinion

Appeal by employer and insurance carrier from an award to claimant made by the Workmen’s Compensation Board for 100% loss of the right eye. Decision and award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen’s. Compensation Board (Matter of Benilacqua v. Clark, 225 App. Div. 190, add. 250 N. Y. 589; Matter of Flanigan v. Hunt Engineering Co., 268 App. Div. 838, motion for leave to appeal denied 294 N. Y. 640). All concur.
