— 'The evidence sustains the finding made by the Board that decedent was employed by appellants at the time of the injury. Employers, appellants, were engaged in trucking logs. One rolled from the truck, striking decedent and inflicting injuries from which he died. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. Present — Hill, P. J., Rhodes, MeNamee, Crapser and Bliss, JJ.
