The Industrial Board has made an award, under article 4r-A of the Workmen’s Compensation Law, to claimant for disability caused by a dust disease contracted while working for his employer who is engaged in the business of cleaning and repairing old vacuum cleaners. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. Present — Hill, P. J., Crapser, Heffernan, Sehenck and Foster, JJ.
