Motion to dismiss appeal denied. Motion by claimant-appellant to prosecute appeal as a poor person granted, upon condition that the appeal be perfected, note of issue filed and record and brief served and filed on or before February 15, 1961 and the case be ready for argument at the March 1961 Term of this court. The appeal may be perfected upon one typewritten copy of the record and five typewritten copies of the brief.
