Opinion

Claimant was employed as a foreman of a gang working on gas pipes. A gas main burst and he was nearly overcome. On his way home he was taken with coughing and hemorrhage from the lungs. The employer’s doctor treated him that same day. Causal relation was established. Proper notice was given to the employer on the same day. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. Present — Hill, P. J., Rhodes, MeNamee, Crapser and Heffernan, JJ.
