Opinion

Appeal from an award for death benefits made by the State Industrial Board under the Workmen’s Compensation Law to the dependent father and mother of the deceased employee. The sole question raised is that of dependency. The findings of the State Industrial Board in this respect are sustained by the evidence. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. Present — Hill, P. J., Crapser, Bliss, Heffeman and Sehenek, JJ.
