Opinion

Appeal by a self-insured employer from an award for double compensation made under the Workmen’s Compensation Law., Claimant was a minor, employed in violation of the Labor Law. The facts of the accident which caused his death were before this court on a prior appeal (269 App. Div. 800). Award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen’s Compensation Board. All concur.
