Claim of Kohls v. J. J. Belotte & Son Construction Co., 272 A.D.2d 851 (N.Y. Ct. App. 1947).

Opinion

Claimant has appealed from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board which modified a prior award and closed the case on a 15% loss of use of the right arm. The case was before the court on a former appeal (263 App. Div. 9191. At that time the court reversed the decision of the State Industrial Board and remitted to that tribunal for further consideration. The evidence sustains the determination of the board. Award affirmed, without costs. All concur.
