‘Per Curiam.

The board’s findings are supported by substantial evidence and we are without authority to disturb its factual determination and the resultant disallowance of the claim. Decision affirmed, without costs. Herlihy, J. P., Reynolds, Taylor, Aulisi and Hamm, JJ., concur.
